Justin J. Janzen
Justin J. Janzen is a partner in the San Bernardino office ofReback, McAndrews & Blessey. His practice focuses on medical malpractice defense, with a particular interest in the intentional torts that increasingly accompany medical malpractice claims. He has dispensed with many such claims, including battery, fraud, willful misconduct, and elder abuse, at the initial stages of litigation, often eliminating punitive damages claims in the process. He currently litigates in state and federal courts, as well as medical board proceedings
