Erica A. Levitt
Erica A. Levitt is a partner in the Law Firm of Reback, McAndrews, Kjar, Warford & Stockalper, which specializes in all areas of civil defense litigation. Ms. Levitt has concentrated her practice in the areas of medical malpractice, dental/oral surgical malpractice, medical staff peer review issues, professional Board actions and appellate law.
Ms. Levitt was formerly a partner in the law firm of Taylor Blessey, LLP. Prior to joining Taylor Blessey in 2007, Ms. Levitt worked for the law firms of Rushfeldt, Shelley and Drake (1993-2007) and Kirtland and Packard (1985-1993). During this time her practice focused on Medical Malpractice defense (including Superior Court jury trials), Medical and Dental Board actions, Medical Staff disputes, and Appellate law.
Ms. Levitt obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Los Angeles in 1981. Thereafter, she attended Loyola Law School where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 1984.
Ms. Levitt has lectured extensively to hospitals and medical staffs on issues relative to Medical Malpractice and Medical Staff issues. She is a member of the Southern California Association of Defense Counsel and the California Bar.
